Jean-Louis Scherrer chocolate brown sheared mink double breasted coat. Gold toned buttons with Scherrer imprint on one side and bone buttons on the other side. The coat is slightly flared and has a high collar. This reversible coat, one side mink and one side beige tafette is on both sides double breasted. Jean-Louis Scherrer (19 February 1935, Paris – 20 June 2013, Paris ) was a Parisian fashion designer and couturier. Although he had name recognition and was known for his work, he is mainly noted for being the first couture designer to be sacked from their own-name label in 1992.
