Purchases can be returned if they do not fulfil the requirements of the customer. La Doyenne Vintage applies a return limit of 14 days. This is conditional upon the customer being able to provide proof of purchase and undamaged articles that have not been used or worn. The items must still carry the original labels/security tags and be packed in the original packaging. Online purchases may only be returned with a completed return form. The customer should have received this with their order.
Online purchases can only be returned with a completed returns form. The customer packs the items to be returned into the original box and uses the returns sticker that is attached to the returns form. Return address: La Doyenne Vintage, Keizersgracht 600, 1017 EP Amsterdam. La Doyenne Vintage will inspect all returned items upon receipt. La Doyenne Vintage may refuse and subsequently return items if they appear to have been worn, are damaged or if the original labels/security tags have been removed. Once La Doyenne Vintage has processed the returns and all of the conditions for returning or exchanging have been fulfilled, the invoiced amount will be refunded to the customer’s account or credit card within 30 days.
La Doyenne Vintage is not responsible for any problems that occur during shipment of the returned items. For example (but not limited to): goods that are damaged during shipment or are delivered incorrectly. La Doyenne Vintage therefore advises the sender to use a service that insures the goods being returned and issues proof of posting. The costs of returning items are to be borne by the customer and will not be refunded by La Doyenne Vintage.

We ship worldwide and use the services of Post.nl. An order can be sent to an address selected by the customer, such as the home or work address. Deliveries to countries outside the Netherlands have variable costs according to the destination country. La Doyenne Vintage cannot be held accountable for delays in customs clearance. The approximate delivery times can be found in the table below.

Track & Trace
Customers who have chosen home delivery, will receive an e-mail with a track & trace number and a link to the courier’s web page. If the customer is not able to take delivery of it’s parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card with instructions on how to collect the package. The carrier will try to deliver the package on two further occasions. If delivery remains impossible or impractical on two or more occasions, La Doyenne Vintage may cancel the customer’s order and deduct the additional delivery charges from the customer’s refund.
